****Change in Bats for 2012 Season****
In Cal Ripken, if the bat is a composite bat, it must be stamped BPF 1.15. If it is an aluminium or alloy, it just has to meet the regular criteria in the rulebook on length and barrel diameter. In Babe Ruth, if the bat is composite, it must be stamped BBCOR .50. If it is aluminium or alloy, it must meet the criteria for length and barrel diameter in the rulebook.
